香山公證處（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)公證處）針對(duì)中山地區(qū)二手房委托等法律行為，利用人臉識(shí)別、電子簽名等信息化技術(shù)手段建設(shè)一套線(xiàn)上簽約、自動(dòng)生成電子公證書(shū)等功能的線(xiàn)上自助系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)可減少當(dāng)事人、房產(chǎn)中介、開(kāi)發(fā)商、住建或國(guó)土部門(mén)的辦事成本，提高房產(chǎn)交易過(guò)程的效率。將房產(chǎn)主人將房產(chǎn)委托給他人進(jìn)行出售、出租、過(guò)戶(hù)及結(jié)匯等操作，此過(guò)程進(jìn)行公證。
